Hi, I'm Gina Worthey
Like many women in leadership, I’ve navigated my share of pivots...new clients, new industries, new seasons, and the constant reflection on who I am becoming and how I want to show up. Along the way, I built a framework to help me stay grounded in my gifts, make aligned decisions, and move forward with clarity instead of chaos.
What started as something I created to survive my own transitions has now supported countless women who lead, care, build, and carry so much.
